TapJoy Doesn't Honor Completed Offers San Francisco, California
There was an offer advertised to gain coins for a game. It involved allowing a company, Experian, to monitor credit activities (a credit alert or monitoring service)--Protect My ID. I completed the offer and noticed I wasn't compensated for it. The offer was to give approximately 12000 coins for the completion of the offer. The offer only asked you sign up for a free 7-day trial of the credit monitoring service.
I contacted TapJoy via email. TapJoy was forwarded the welcome email for the offer. After a week and a half of waiting, I received an email from TapJoy stating they couldn't verify the offer. Not only did I have to enter personal information to complete the offer, my debit card was charged $1 for the credit monitoring offer (this $1 was to cover the charge of a free copy of your credit report from Experian). TapJoy is not living up to it's end of the bargain.
Instead of sending an email stating the EXACT reason why I was not compensated for the offer, they sent a copied and pasted generic email stating multiple reasons why I MAY not have been compensated. Your explanation isn't good enough, I was a new customer to the company, of which you advertised, and I deserve compensation for the offer. I will no longer support any TapJoy intrusive apps (any apps that have TapJoy advertisements). I strongly suggest that no one get involved with any TapJoy/Experian related offers. You will not be compensated for your offer.

I am sorry you have run into issues in getting your credits. The advertiser of the ad is the guidance provider on who is eligible or not. However you state you were charged and that shouldn't have happened.
Can you send me your Tapjoy ticket ID to me [email protected] so I can investigate and get you a resolution.
