First - these sets are still on sale in the Charlotte area. There is no signage that covers a warranty. Employees, when asked tell the customer one of the following. I don't know. It has a year's warranty. The warranty is in the sealed box. (You have to buy the set before you can see whats inside). A few know it's a 90 day warranty starting the day of purchase. Federal law requires that if an item has a warranty from the supplier that the warranty should be shown to the customer upon request so that the purchaser can consider that factor before they purchase the item. When asked Target was repeatedly unable to show a prospective customer the warranty. These sets are and continue to be junk. Target well knows this. Over 200 complaints were recently removed from their website when they decided not to continue to show these sets. Taget has lost thousands of dollars because of how they treated their customers who mistakenly thinking that Target as a company had some ethics and would back up their products found that the ethics stopped the moment they had your money. I won't buy one thing from them ever again.

It clearly states on the sigining that the TruTech brand has a 90 day warranty. The package has it also.
