Who knew that putting something in the microwave would make it hot?

Amazon.com refused to take my review of that product on the internet, no reviews where found there, yet visiting www.target.com, I found several people, all of them, found the same problem, back to November 2007 a long time to keep selling something, that when bought everyone does not like, you would think target would be wise to the problem. Why sell sell something that offends people. It is target's policy to not take returns after 90 days, they refer you to the manufacture, they should tell you where if they can, I thought they would refer you to the address where to get help, was the address listed on box it came in? Maybe you can write to the FTC Federal Trade Commission www.ftc.gov

I bought 12 large square plates, 12 small square plates, 12 bowls and 12 mugs stamped on the bottom 'American Simplicity, Microwave and Dishwasher Safe Read the complaint again Rebutal person. It's stamped on the bottom Microwave and Dishwasher Safe. What part of that can't you comprehend? For the Complaintant: try contacting the manufacturer. Usually when a product is used for awhile the Retailer cannot issue a refund or exchange. However the manufacturer probably has a 1 year warranty. Good luck.

Why is Target responsible. Did they make the plates? Have you contacted the Mfg? How long do you think Target should take them back...90 days, 120 days, 2 years, 10 years?

So you can obviously read the fact that it is stamped "Not dishwasher or microwave safe" yet you still put the dishes in them. Why should Target pay for your stupidity? That's like buying a jacket that says "dry clean only" and then throwing it in the washing machine. Yes it will probably get ruined, but that's your own fault because you aren't following the directions. Thank god Target wouldn't pay for that, because it would just feed your stupidity, along with everyone else's. Go somewhere else and slap them with the lawsuit for you not following directions.
