I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM A PERSON OFFERING TO UPGRADE MY TARGET CARD.I AGREED TO TAKE THE VISA AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY CARD WOULD BE ON ITS WAY.MY SONS BIRTHDAY 2 WEEKS LATER I GO TO TARGET AND TRY TO BUY A VIDEO GAME ON MY CARD,BUT TO MY SURPRISE

MY OLD CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED.NO BIG DEAL I PAYED CASH AND SAID NO PROBLEM MY NEW CARD SHOULD BE HERE ANYDAY. (HAHAHA YEA RIGHT)2 MONTHS LATER AFTER REMEMBERING I NEVER RECIEVED MY CARD ,AGAIN I CAQLLED THEM AND THEY SAID I DID RECIEVE MY CARD AND IT HAD BEEN ACTIVATED!!!!!!LUCKLY THERE WERE NO CHARGES ON THE CARD BUT I KNOW FOR A FACT I NEVER RECIEVED THAT CARD AND I SURE AS HELL NEVER ACTIVATED IT!!!! LETS GET OUR ACT TOGETHER TARGET/VISA WE ARE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO USE

YOUR CARDS A LOT AND EXPECT OUR CARDS TO BE SAFE!!!!!!
