Please be aware of the advertisements that I still see on MSNBC for Tax Incorporated. This is an absolute fraudulent company that no one is able to do anything about. Please read my first report on them and now I have to add this. After having reported them to the ethics comittee of CPAs, I got a letter that stated : "even though we find that Tax Incorporated acted in an unlawful and unethical manner; we can not procecute or investigate your cvase any further because there is no way that we can prove that the money that you sent to this corporation went straight to the CPAs." I also called and sent a report to the BBB, of course they could do nothing but give them a 3F rating. I then sent proof of fraud to the Los Angeles genral attorneys's office whose job it is to investigate fraud, they told me that "Since this corporation is not licensed in California we can not investigate this fraud." I want to know if they are not licensed in CA then what are they doing practising there and I did report them to the federal authoraties, but they just make a note of it. The only place where i wrote a complaint and i was glad that they did atleast post it, is on this website. PLEASE, NO MATTER HOW BAD YOUR TAX PROBLEMS ARE, DO NOT GO TO THE FOLLOWING PLACES: TAX INCORPORATED, J.K. HARRIS, UNITED TAX FRONT; PREMIER TAX RELIEF. Also do not go to a bankruptcy attorney who promises you that he can solve all your tax problems by a bankruptcy, thjey will get you in more trouble than you ever had. this was our first mistake, we are still paying for it. Do not go into a chapter 13 it is going to cost you more than your tax liabilities. I have spent the last five years reading all the IRS mannual and their publications. I would suggest that you take your case to "taxpayer advocate service" but if you are a minority, try to use the advocates that are not in Arizona, they tend to be very prejudiced. I have a doctorate in law, but the IRS can get away with what ever they please. I have spoken to at least 120 peole regarding the tax laws and past due taxes and liabilities. There was one person who gave me some good advise, his name is Steve Kassel, you can find him on eTaxes.com. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME REGARDING YOUR SITUATION, I WILL HELP YOU AS MUCH AS I CAN FOR NO CHARGE, I HAVE SUFFERED EXTENSIVELY FROM THE WRONG DOINGS OF THE IRS AND ALL THE ENTETIES WHO MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLES MISFORTUNES AND I REALLY DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN TO YOU.

Go to IRS.gov and look for the Office of Professional Responsibility. You can file a complaint with them and they will look into revoking licenses. I am a tax professional and embarrassed that California allows such people to remain in business.
