Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

this tax attorney defrauded me out of $4000.  He lied about work he did not do, and took a cash deposit of $3300 and a check which he cashed for $700 in addition to a $300 initial consultation fee, so he owes me $4000 for work not done.  When asked for a copy of records, he had none to give.  He lied repeatedly, and bullied me.  He hired a CPA on my behalf, then amazingly denied this.  He is a true scumbag.  I would not send my worst enemy to this jerk off.  He is unethical and lies.  He provided two sets of books to try to disguise recieving the money, then denied that as well.  He is the most unethical tax attorney in Las Vegas, if he isn't then I'd like to meet a more disgusting attorney because I don't think it's possible.  He is a liar and takes advantage of your weaknesses.  I can't believe this guy hasn't been disbarred already.  For a measly $4000 he would sell his family into slavery.  $4000 doesn't seem like a lot to many people but to me it was the world, plus he is an a*****e to boot.  I cannot describe in mere words how unethical he truly is, and that is saying a lot.  I have never experienced a more disgusting attorney in my life, and wow that is impressive, as the reputation of many attorneys is so bad, that I guess we should all be very hesitant to ever get involved with one.  This guy is poison and is truly disgusting.  Well, if Gordon Gecko is right, greed is good, and this guy is greedy and manipulative to the extreme.  He is an incredible liar.  I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy and that is saying a lot.

Tax Law Center has an excellent reputation and Robert Grossman has been practicing tax law for approximately 40 years without incident.

In this matter, complaintant's brother was already a convicted felon when he arrived in our office in May 2006. The brother contracted with Tax Law Center for $4000 plus the initial consultation and substantial work was done in regard to his tax situation. The agreement was for a flat fee which covers all hours worked. The brother was advised that if he failed to file he risked arrest. The brother failed to head the advice and was subsequently indicted, arrested and placed in the North Las Vegas jail and awaits trail in October 2010.

In October 2007 complaintant's mother paid $10,000 towards the brother's defense, this agreement was to be billed on an hourly basis. The brother again declined representation and all unused monies were returned to his mother within days of our being retained.

In April 2009, the brother was indicted for tax evasion. In May 2009 complaintant contacted us and demanded monies back previous work completed three years previously for his brother. As the work was completed his demand was denied. Further, complaintant was not the client for that work.

Tax Law Center is not in the habit of hiring CPAs for any of our clients.

Tax Law Center does not alter our books in any way. Complaintant refused to understand that flat fee cases are earned in full and simply worked on without individual hours being billed as the fee covers any and all hours worked in the case.
