I was contacted by Tax Results on 12/14/2010 by Doug Stuart who said he would be representing me with my IRS debt. After talking with him and not seeing a bad rating online with BBB (at that time though now they have many complaints) I decided to hire them to handle my situation in which that time Doug said they would require a down payment and all of the required forms for them to begin building their case for me to send to IRS which I immediately sent to them. January of 2011 rolled around and still have not heard back from Tax Results so several hundred calls to their answering service and yes I have the phone logs to prove this I was finally able to reach Brad Patrick whom he mentioned he was the vice president. He told me that Doug no longer worked there and now I am starting all over again with Nathalia Claxton so once again I resend all the information needed to her and again the same problem that person no longer works there and I am once again passed on to another person in February and once again begin the resending of documents to the new person representing me, this goes on several times up until July of this year 2011. In the end all they did was file a 433-f form with the IRS which I easily could have done. The problem here is during all of this time of being pushed from one person to the other my bank account was levied, all of my property now has a lien on it and all of my taxes owed have gone up with interest and penalties. In the end I had to work with the IRS to settle with them.
As far as I am concerned they owe me much more then the down payment I gave them. I want a refund immediately per their guarantee that they can and will reduce the amount owed by me to the IRS or a full refund will be given to me.

They say need to contact the case worker... I have many times and they will not answer my calls. They said case closed last time I talked with them. They said the same thing to BBB in which I made a complaint there as well. They do not honor their guarantee and do nothing with the IRS except offer a payment plan all be it late which will cost you much more then if you did it yourself. This company was only a couple years old when I let them handle my situation and nothing was placed in BBB until now there are many cases such as mine there and now Tax Results has such a bad rating they wont even grade them. Please people DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY they are smooth talking con artist and once they have your money they will not represent you with the IRS... BBB siad their is nothing they can do about getting my money back and can only place my complaint on file as unresolved. Believe me if you do business with them everything will be unresolved with the IRS as well DO NOT TRUST THEM. IRS told me that Tax Results cant do anything more then we can ourselves. Call IRS and you will save yourself a huge amount of money by not giving it to that Scam company Tax Results.... Because of Tax Results a lien was placed on my home and my bank account was emptied by the IRS because of not doing their job and I will be in this mess now for 10 years....

Mr. Burns is currently in review with the IRS for an installment agreement as explained to him a couple of times, if he has any problems with his file he needs to contact his caseworker and he has not done so. I apologize for any inconvenience that Mr. Burns feels we may have caused him. Tax Results in a truly a great company that want to help as many people as possible
