TBAAR UNETHICAL SMOOTHIE AND JUICE PLACE NY Brooklyn
For one: they are unsanitary. The manager /owner James at the 8520 20th ave Brooklyn, NY store is always sick with colds and sneezing and coughing into his hands and on his clothes and then goes straight from there to making smoothies and vegetable juices for you, including the additive germ bonus - at no charge lol... (HE DOES NOT EVEN DRINK HIS OWN HEALTH JUICES). To be honest I don't even want him to handle my money or touch my credit cards. And he is in the health business! Do you see how hypocritical this is ????? - and For two: he illegally charges taxes on his vegetable and fruit juices and he is not required to pay any taxes on those items in New York State. That means it is coming out of your pocket and going right into his. You can call NYS dept of Taxation or check out this published doc to prove what I am saying is true. (https://www.tax.ny.gov/pubs_and_bulls/tg_bulletins/st/listings_of_taxable_and_exempt_food.htm) Please do not support this illegal, unsanitary and unethical operation. There are other places in the area that make these same items and are honest and clean.
