TBN Scam

Steve, thanks for the clarification on there, to be honest I don't see much difference between this TBN and the other TBN, either way they are trying to scam money out of you. One uses a cheque scam and the other pleads for you to be right with god and send them money. I found an easier way to learn about TBN on youtube, search under the following, "stovepipe1950 tbn" It is 3:11 minutes long. here is the link: (((ROR REDACTED))) I hope this helps FLACA in Texas. Tony, it isn't TBN running the scam

Tony, This is a common scam. These scammers pick a legitimate business or organization and just order checks! It is very easy to get someones routing# and account# and that is all you need to order checks from any check printer with no id required. Here's what you do: 1. Deposit the check, but do not take out the funds. The bank will then charge you a small fee for the returned item. This now legally makes you the victim as you have lost money. 2. Now, go through the bad check program procedures to start the investigation and start a paper trail. 3. File a report with the postal inspectors for mail fraud. Also file with the Secret Service as it is a cross border scam. If you REALLY want to find out who they are send them a small payment just to get their banking deposit info from the back of the check. Have fun with these morons!

TBN

#4Consumer Suggestion

I thought Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) run by Paul and Jan Crouch was fishy already, preaching Prosperity Doctrine and scamming the followers. Now I learn that they are running a prize scam, what the hell is this world coming to? I did hear on one news report out of Dallas that TBN Paul Crouch, had to pay off the junkie-limo-driver guy a settlement. Paul with TBN had the limo guy give him a BJ. Paul paid the guy off to keep his mouth shut. What the hell is this world coming to? Go to youtube and type in the search field "TBN Redneck newz." That old red neck will fill you in on TBN. He'll tell you all about what TBN did to his momma. He even has the letter from TBN on the video. Good luck with it.
