This guy is posing under a bogus company name of TCC.  He asked for a quote for 4 custom cases.   When he was ready to order he claimed that his shcool only give orders via PO and net 30 terms.   After months of not getting paid, it was apparent he was not going to pay.  The cases were for himself as he uses this bogus front to rip people off.

First and foremost, Pro Cases not only withheld information in this post, but blamed it on the wrong person.  I tried dealing the Shane from Pro Cases that created this post.  We did order three cases from Pro Cases.  We received a quote and then once the cases arrived (6 to 8 weeks later), we received a secondary Invoice that was several hundreds of dollars higher than the original quote.  Most important, these cases were ordered for certain types of keyboards and when they arrived, the keyboards would not fit. Simple as that.

We advised Pro Cases of this, however, we didn't realize there were two different amounts on the Invoices until a little later on.  We disputed this with Pro Cases as well.  Not only did Shane from Pro Cases continually make threats but he also cursed me, a woman, and hung up on me.  Then we received a letter from an attorney who claimed to represent Pro Cases.  We promptly responded and advised the attorney via letter that there were two different amounts on the Invoices and we were disputing that and also that the cases would not fit the keyboards, simply meaning that Pro Cases did not build these cases to our specifications.

We then advised the attorney via the same letter that we would gladly return the cases since they did NOT fit the keyboards. We requested that Pro Cases pay for return shipping since this was their error in building the wrong size and not our fault.  Pro Cases eventually sent the shipping labels and as of October 29, 2018, the Cases were returned to Pro Cases.  No one ever attempted to defraud them. No one ever refused to pay them.  We just did not feel compelled to pay for something that was custom ordered and did not fit and/or was incorrect.

For anyone having questions regarding this matter, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with 1. Copies of the Invoices with different prices on it, 2. Copy of the email where Shane from Pro Cases agreed to remove this post, 3. a Copy of the letter to Pro Cases attorney where we disputed the two different amounts on the invoices and advised them the cases did not fit and further agreed to return said cases providing Pro Cases paid for return shipping since it was not our fault they were incorrect and, 4. Copy of the Tracking Number proving the cases were returned to Pro Cases.
