Team Toyota Langhorne PA Horrible Service, Rude Employees, & a Company Who Doesn't Care About Their Customers Langhorne Pennsylvania
My vehicle was part of the Toyota frame recall. I took my 2005 Toyota Tacoma in for the recall. I dropped it off on 12/2/2014 and I was given a rental vehicle and told it would take 3-5 weeks for the repair. Everything seemed to be going fine.
After 2 months, I called and complained to Toyota and Toyota Motor Cars USA. Nobody cared about my complaints about not having my truck ready and nobody helped to expidite the process. I was also told other items of the vehicle needed replacement that was not covered by the recall which was also suspicious.
Finally after 4 months of fighting, numerous calls, blah, blah, blah, I was given a call and went to pick up my truck. Just over 4 months it got completed. I cleaned out my rental vehicle and turned it in. I was told I would be responsible for the scratches to the rental vehicle and Toyota filed an insurance claim against me. I blew a gasket and said that they took my work truck away from me and needed to use it for work, it was their fault I did not have my truck in the first place with the recall.
To sum up, an insurance claim is already filed vs me, I lost time, money, and business by having my wrapped business truck gone for 4 months, and I was treated like a jerk by the service department, the rental department, and Toyota Motor sales. They have screwed me over in my opinion. I will never buy a Toyota again, never go to Team Toyota Langhorne for any service and I never want to deal with Toyota again. I recommend you go somewhere else that will treat you like a valued customer as well...

Everything I wrote was truthful. Maybe you'd feel differently if the truck you purchased with your money was taken from you becuase of somebody else's mistak . And then to earn a living you had to use a rental for what you would normally do with your vehicle. But I guess your just not that smart. I did nothing wrong. All I did was buy a defective truc . That won't happen again.

It doesnt matter about the recal. YOU are responsible for the care and maintenece of the rental vehicle YOU were given. YOU AGREED TO IT!!!! When YOU turned in the vehicle YOU KNEW that YOU had during the use of the rental vehicle caused damages. Hence WHY the FAKE RoR. YOU have NOT been ripped off and what YOU are doing is acting like a SCAMMER!!! Toyota took care of YOUR vehicle issue and replaced the recalled part. the ONLY thing YOU had to fo was be careful with SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY!!!! YOU did NOT do this so YOU are responsible for the damages incured during YOUR USE of the rental vehicle. Im sure it makes YOU feel better to place the blame on Toyota, but the REALITY is that YOU SCREWED UP and NOW seek to place the blame on ANYONE ELSE before YOU will admit that this was YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!! Did Toyota drive the rental car?? NOPE!!! YOU DID!!!
Why is it so hard for children such as yourself to admit that YOU SCREWED UP?? WHY cant YOU act like a responsible ADULT and just admit that during the use of the rental that the vehicle that was 100% in YOUR possesion and 100% under YOUR CONTROL that YOU caused damage?? WHY is it so difficult to just admit that YOU were less then responsible and LEARN from the situation?
I hope for YOUR sake that Toyota doesnt see YOUR post. Its a PACK OF LIES!!! And it was done on a media outlet. With just a court order they can prove YOU wrote this pack of lies and THEY can sue YOU for it!! Isnt it amazing that YOU could have avoided all of this by being HONEST.
