John Bohanski, owner of Tech Valley Graphics has a bad rep. for hiring web programmers and graphic design contractors and not paying for the work, or so I was told by fellow programmers before I was lured in. We thought things would be different. We covered our tracks, dotted all our i's and crossed our t's. But we were wrong, only after 2 projects John began giving us excuses of why he could not pay us right away for the work we were doing, being a schmuck I thought he was ligit so I gave him extensions, but the extensions went on for months, and his lies repeated over and over. Finally we refused to do any more work and demanded payment or we would not release any of our work. As a result we got paid for one job, only one. Again I was being a nice guy and I released our work accepting payment for the one job. Then weeks past and John made no contact with us, my wife and I would call and he'd not answer, or he'd answer and make snide remarks, but he'd always tell us that the check was in the mail.

Months have past, collection notices sent, late payment tacked on, discounts offered and nothing, nada, zip, zilch. We've come to the conclusion that the money might be a lost cause, but not our word. We want to warn people before doing business with Tech Valley Graphics, we did not listen but maybe we can prevent the next contractor or customer from getting ripped off by John Bohanski, AKA Tech Valley Graphics.

Tech Valley Graphics out of the blue made good on late payments. After a conversation with the owner we could tell he was sincere with apology, and has changed business practices for the better. Based on our conversation I would reccomend doing business with Tech Valley Graphics, they are really getting there stuff together after a rough start.
