TechnoDigital Unless you want to pay $150 for a battery this site wont ship you your camara Internet
I used a popular search site which brought this company up as a 5 star vendor and the price was about $100 lower than everyone else. I ordered the camara and received an email stating to call and confirm my order. When I called a rude salesman told me the battery on my camera would only last 20 minutes and therefore I needed to buy an extra for $140-150. When I said no he was rude and said I needed to listen to him. I told him I did not want the battery and he hung up. Less than a week later I received an email indicating my order was cancelled because the camera was on backorder (even though my order had been confirmed twice) and not to call or try to reorder. Below is a copy of the email I received.
"Due to the product you ordered being out of stock for 6-8 weeks from today's date. We regret to inform you that the order is canceled due to the product being on backorder. when or if we get the product again in stock soon will send you an email to place an order please do not resubmit your order again . sorry again and thanks for your understanding ."
