Telecom Management Associates Scam artists-Double Dippers Scottsdale Arizona
I received a $400.00 breach fee from Telecom Management Associates for service I cancelled before 30 days were up and had spoke with T-mobile in regards to all fees with the account. T-Mobile had waived all fees and I paid the agreed bill to them and all was complete...or so I thought.
I got the bill for this other company that I had not idea existed and or whom they were. The customer services rep was extremely short and rude and said "ma'am this was all explained to you over the phone and upon the sales peoples visit" Never was I explained this was an outside company that was providing a service nor did they distiguish between the two companies.
T-mobile services are very poor and so was there customer service until the end and that is why I left them and returned to my previous provider. If T-mobile intends on using Telecom to sell there services then they need to be more clear with all of the fees and that it was a third party company. The sales people were very pushy that can into my place of employment and felt like a gang up as there was 3 of them.
They also sold me a phone like I already had for doulble the price saying that there services were superior to what I had. Word to the wise be leary or peddling sales people as Telecom is probably behind any phone sales. Never again when I explained to the rep that I could not afford the fee nor a payment plan that he offered he didn't even try to work any further to talk wwith a supervisor to come up with anything else and just said ok then we will send to collections. Go right ahead then see how much you will get from that! I was willing to make a smaller deal but he said no deal! Way to go Telecom management associates! Your customer service skills and level of services STINK!!!
