Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

All the bad info about this company is true! I currently work there and can not understand how they continue to operate!

its such a scam, and it's such a bad one it's actually funny!

let me explain: I place outbound calls to people and that I'm calling from "X" company! after 2 weeks I noticed something odd. As I placed my calls some of the customers they began to rebuttal my sales pitch with my actual sales pitch! Yes, we call these people over and over again to the point where, they have learned ours lines, sales pitches, and opening sentences! They actually have begun to know who's calling and for what! These poor people receive up to ten calls a day. And by the time I arrive for my evening shift, most of the customers have been recycled so much they already know why I'm calling and reject the sales calls by stating my sales rebuttals. Before I can open my mouth and say hello. It's kinda funny but I can see why customers have begun to fight back. These customers have told me point blank... "I get calls from this 1 number, trying to sell me colleges and universities, job placement services, etc. please remove me from your list, cuz I don't wanna go to school, or sign up to get a job, so stop calling me" or " no, I don't need a job, I don't wanna go to college or university"

one time, last week, I actually called the same guy twice !

my first call was to find him a job, take his personal info, address n phone numbers, on behalf of "resumebucket.com" and promise him that we will send emails to him regarding job opportunities in his area.... There are no jobs! We just collect his info ... To build a caller list.... Which we end up dialing him later!

this customer and I chatted...extensively !

after a few days, I placed a call, on behalf of "college services".....and I had to offer free info regarding college or university and while I was chatting me and this customer realised we chatted very reciently about a job placement. And this guy recognized it was me, my voice, as we engaged in conversation!

So, it appeares one day I try to help him with a job, (which won't materialize) and the next day I tried to offer this licenced welder an opportunity to go to school..... This guy is already licensed and has no intent of going back, what for? Plus most of these people aren't looking for school, they need work! So these caller sales leads are taking advantage of poor people who need a job. They are online seeking work, we then call them and try to convince them to go back to college.

Plus: the work environment is worse than a chinese sweat shop! No windows, dirty work stations, as in keyboards and mouses covered in filth, snot, general hand grime with no sterilization pads to clean off all the equipment. But the greesie head sets that are covered in ear wax is prices less !
