The problem is the owners of the company have formed an LLC and are not collectable individually. My attorney, who is my wife, completed the paperwork, I went to the LA County Courthouse, won a default judgement, however, I have not received anything yet. I was promised in contract to receive monthly payments back, covering the amount I had originally spent. As of yet......nothing. Good luck all, you live and learn I guess

We were ripped off by these people as well. Absolutely unbelievable!! They got us for $3600! What's even more upsetting is the fact that Teleten and their sales people are taking advantage of someone else as we speak. I wish there was a way for all of us to seek joint restituion or atleast shut them down. This is not the first time this company has done this. They have been several other names over the last 10 years. They simply open under another name. This is a white collar crime that deserves jail time as far as I am concerned. It would make things a lot easier if we could contact one another. I don't see how it is possible considering they usually delete phone numbers. Future customer's beware!

I signed a contract in Jaunary of 2006. Please let me know how I can contact any of you. I know I may not get my money back, but I would spend a little more to make sure these guys are put out of business.

I have had the same exact problems and cannot believe I didn't see all these postings before I sent my check for $1500! There has got to be a way to make them pay for this rip off!

I am in CO also and have just now begun the process of having my lawyers start the process of getting our money back. I'd love to get all of us together and do something. How are your processes going so far? Any insight as to how we should approach this situation? Thanks and have a great day.

I included my phone number in my first response but they took it off and didn't explain that. Because I'm in Colo, I've looked into the small claims approach. They've told me I won't get my expenses back. Also, you should do a search on just "Teleten." There are over 50 complaints under that name on this site. I'm glad you're going forward. How can I e-mail you?

Are you planning to file a small claims lawsuit, as I have done? The law in Cali is - you can file a Small Claims suit up to $5,000 in a calendar year. Is it similar in Denver? As previously mentioned, What is the name of your firm, as I would like to mention you to the Judge when I go to my hearing in April, and visa versa. I have also printed All 44 complaints (mine was the 45th) about TeleTen from this website to use for Court. When I filed my complaint with the BBB (teleten has an F rating with the BBB), they responded back 3 weeks later, stating No one responded to their numerous attempts to contact Teleten about my complaint? When I was filing my lawsuit, the clerk, even had a hunch that David Buddan a.k.a. David Alexander might not even show for Court? Of course After receiving a favorable judgement from the Court - then the fun begins; collecting the judgement. I was made aware that if Mr. Buddan tries to "hide" his bank accounts or move them around, he would then be adding Jail Time to his Scam!!! I will not rest until I receive my money back. I know this matter takes away from us mortgage guys Earning our living doing loans, but that is precisely why David Buddan thinks nobody will take the time to Sue and then have to collect their judgements. If more of us "Step Up" and file lawsuits (no attorneys needed) two things will happen. #1 the first few of us that get court ordered judgements Will get our money back, but #2 At the very least we will eventually put Teleten "on the ropes" and Out of Business. I'd be just as content with Mr. Buddan serving some jail time - that's where crooks belong! White Collar Robbery is no different than some guy robbing a store - theft is theft!! Let me know your thoughts on how you propose we "team up", O.K. Tom P.

Hello Steve, I have filed a Small Claims lawsuit in Civil Court here in Orange County, CA. My Court date is April 13th. I am currently having the paperwork served on David Buddan, a.k.a. David Alexander (He might also be using the alias of Robert Lee?); the Agent for Precise Marketing, Inc. dba TeleTen Marketing. I have also emailed C.A.M.B. And Natn'l Assoc. of Mtg. Brokers. to alert them to inform our industry! If you'd like you can email me, Rip-off Report will forward your email to me. Look forward to speaking with you.

Thanks for posting your problems with Teleten (Teleten Marketing). I too was ripped off by Teleten and have been trying to figure out what to do. I ahve also filed complaints with the LA BBB, and various state and federal agencies. For the money I paid, I received nothing at all! No leads whatsoever. Yes, let's work together to stop this company!
