Templatic owners are scammers, the themes are full of bugs. They don't follow the laws of sales and customer laws. I had only bad experience with them. Never purchase their products, you will be very disappointed and they will take your money and deny you refund if you regret your purchase, even if you react the same day, $89 dollars they took from me...
There are not even a proper documentation to guide you!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TEMPLATIC.

"Live demo" doesn't accurately reflect how poorly designed these themes are

Sorry but there's a reason why templatic is so poorly reviewed on the internet. They are overpriced, error filled themes. They are likely the worst wordpress developers and doing business with them costed me and my clients a lot of money and more importantly TIME.
Templatic themes are not built in accordance to the Wordpress Codex with guarantees a certain standard of coding. Their themes are so filled with bugs and come with very poor documentation.
The argument is not with the terms of service, which does protect their company from being sued over this. The argument is that templatic themes are low quality, the customer service is low quality, and their themes are not compatible with some of the most basic plugins that help make Wordpress so popular.
Beware of templatic themes - everything about this company says "rip off" their live demo will not show you just how poorly their themes are built. You will only realize this once you're stuck with your purchase.
I have an extensive background in web design and development and trust me when I say you will need such knowledge if you consider dealing with the sheer instablitity of their products.
To templatic - Your terms of service might protect you from the hundreds of people you've ripped off but your terrible reputation is well documented in the wordpress community. On average you are rated a 5.8 out of 10 and that's being generous. You offer antiquainted, overpriced, and poorly built themes at 200%+ the rate of your competitors.
To consumers who got ripped off by templatic - you will not get your money back but please do your part to make sure others don't get scammed.

Daniel, when you agreed to purchase a Templatic theme you also agreed to our terms of use which clearly state that all sales are final

Instead of refunds, we created a test site where everyone can test the theme prior to purchasing. You had the chance to test Real Estate, you just didnt.
Also, when you contacted us you said this:
I found a script I decided to use and purchase, im not gonna use wordpress. Your theme looks great, just not for me.
