ok folks here is the latest on the fairbanks scheme, I uncovered through my state of michigan all companys records are now public acess michigan.gov consumer&industry page, Ocwen, Homeq, Fairbanks, New Century, Terwin Advisors, SPS, are all the same low lifes, they shuffle the the mortgage back and forth so they can try to steal your home, I am going to a good old fashioned Jury Trial and the people in the jury are going to get a big eye opener on these crooks, because I am going to use your storys to save my house, My story is this I refinaced through New Century, I had 20,000 equity, I was supposed to get 15K, I got 3K, they got the rest,!
Next transfered loan to Ocwen paid for a year, Here where the BS Begins, transfered Loan to Fairbanks, I called where does the payment go, they say well contact you, 30 days nothing, call back same story 60 days, call back, same story, 90 days, I talked to one guy, since I am now 90 days late I need to do a forbrance agreeement.
Ok send it , never got it, called back next two days I will send it , Never Did, next Forclouser Papers on my door, I filled Bankruptcy to stop it, I havent made a paymnet in 29 months, anytime People I will WIN.

I strongly suggest that you call them ASAP! (Ask for Richard Denby at 201-413-7316.) He knows them very well and is well informed regarding their predatory tactics. Good Luck!

Mark i am in the boat right next to you,going down fast.I started out with new centrey and ended up with ocwen,then the night mares startedi tried payments with them, filed bankruptcy had ocwen call to set up a payment plan and dismiss bankruptcy to save credit.as with you did not hear from them,sheriff put notice on door and here i am if i can help i will.
