Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I will attempt to make this as brief as possible.

I signed up for TestMasters hereby referred to as TM, the LSAT prep course with the guru Robin Singh (who is nothing short of acting like a nutjob). After three weeks, our instructor was fired. This guy had a 177 LSAT score and had worked for TM for three years. We received an email the day of class what had happened. I immediately called Irina Lymar (the Program Director). She did not return my call for 4 business days. Another student called two times and never received a phone call back.

We then had a different instructor brought up from Portland Oregon. She was with us for 2 weeks and then she informed us she would no longer be instructing usthat she was being sent to California for training. So then we got some instructor from San Francisco, who was nothing short of annoying. The problem with ALL of this? Not once have we ever been informed of the instructor change from #2 to #3so then #3 informs us that YET again, we will be getting a different instructorwhich would make it FOUR instructors for TM that I paid $1450.00 for. At this point, my money would have been better spent sitting on a beach in Hawaii for two weeks with a Powerscore book studying.

TM has avoided all complaints, TM has avoided returning any phone calls, and TM has avoided returning any emails.

THEN (here is the BEST part), I am emailed a draft of a lawsuit filed on September 9, 2009 that the LSAC has now placed on Robin Singh/TM AND has placed a cease and desist order on TM using ANY of the LSAC materials. TM is now being sued for Federal Copyright Infringement for not paying over $1 Million dollars in monies owed. This entire course has been a cluster and the constant changing of the guard has been a HUGE distraction when I am supposed to be studying for one of the most important exams of my life!

The quality of the TM course is less than desirable considering everything we have been put through.

Mr. Singh has a history of being very litigious, an enormous bully and is extremely arrogant. I am speaking to a lawyer about the LSAC lawsuit because as of three weeks ago, the morale in the class is in the toilet and I want either a partial or full refund. To hear that Mr. Singh is NOT supposed to be using the LSAC material that I have purchased from TM and been using really pisses me off. This guy is a huge weasel and I do believe his house of cards is beginning to fall. This is a warning to anyone considering the TestMasters coursesTake TM only if you want absolute aggravation, zero communication, materials not being available online in a prompt manner and that feeling like you just flushed $1450.00 down the toilet.

Go with Powerscorethe concepts are better and their books are better. In fact, I have had to use Powerscore along with the TM materials because TM will not release descriptive examples of what you have done wrong.

Signed,

One very pissed off and dissatisfied TestMasters student
