Why is it so hard to just admit that you don't service your car as recomended by the engineers that designed it? After years of research, millions of dollars in development, engineers of the largest automakers in the world are made out to be nothing more than idiots by some guy named earl or bubba who says you don't need to change anything but your oil. Bubba is a "mechanic" with nothing more than 4 cars in his front yard on cinder blocks and an engine hanging from a tree, his rents past due and he will die early of some sort of cancer or disease due to lack of maintenance of his own body along with years of alcoholism. Earl just don't want to spend his beer money and probably has his wife afraid to dare spend a dollar of it because he is to lazy to, let alone change his own oil, but to even consider that somewhere off in never never land there are actually people who care not only about there business but about the customers that make it. I know one of these people whom I have worked for for over 6 years and he is the owner of the establishment in question, along with over 60 other locations. I have been managing this location now for just 2 weeks and Earl and Bubba aren't even capable of swapping the engine out of todays cars if someone listens to there advice. Check your service intervals written by engineers experience with more the the pressure need to crush an aluminum can. No where in the service requirement does it say "when transmission breaks git another one" or "only purchase walmart quality air filters and don't dare let a local business make a dollar". If that doesn't explain it for you, then call the dealer when your horny they'll really give you what you need and charge you for it to. More time and effort is made in this company to assure that customers are properly informed, advised and serviced than you can imagine. I supervised several locations for quite a while and never, not once was lack of customer service taken lightly by the owner. Quite the opposite in fact. Nor myself. If you come to Express Lube in Eustis Florida, the question is not and never will be if the that engineers which developed your automobile failed grade school. The question is only, and always will be, whether you are willing to pay for good service or if you are just taking a dump for 16.99. There is nothing wrong with just getting an oil change, or lacking money but the enemy is not the one that offers to help.

I know for a fact that the Texaco Express Lube in Eustis, FL. is ripping people off. And that would have included you too Rick from Eustis if you had not told them that you weren't buying anything more than you requested. You would be shocked, as would the consumer as a whole, if they could know the truth about that company. Thanks, Angel Part timer in Eustis, FL
