I have never read such a unprofessional rebuttal. I understand there is 2 sides to every story, but what happened to "the customer is always right"? The fact is that there is an unsatisfied customer out there who is not happy. TFM Comm clearly pointed blame at this unhappy customer over and over.
I think it is clear there is a manager employed at TFM Comm who should not be handling customer relations.
Just another consumers opinion.

I am sorry you had a bad experience at our shop. Intoxalock should have informed you to call and make an appointment for your switch out. We have several technicians on staff, however, they work by a schedule, according to our customer demands, and are out of our building on a daily basis.
My understanding of this particular day, you showed up here with no appointment. My service coordinator states that she was courtious and attentive to your needs. All of our technicians were out in the field working on other customer equipment. We had no one in the shop to perform your switch out.
My co-ordinator states that you wanted to wait, instead of scheduling a time. 45 minutes later, as a Technician returned to the shop and clocked in, you walked up to him at the time clock, and asked him to change out your equipment. The first time you came to our office, it was after hours, and my understanding is, you pounded on the door, wanting someone to change it out right then and there.
I feel that is is your responsibility to call and schedule an appointment. Had this happened, I am sure your experience would have been satisfactory. We have been in business over 60 years, and Customer Satisfaction is something we take seriously.
We have thousands of customers all over NE Kansas who can attest to this fact. I have worked for TFMComm for over 18 years, and I can assure you, that we are NOT a horrible company. We cherish our customers and strive to make their experience with us, a more than satisfactory experience.
Please give us another try, and call to schedule your next Intoxalock. I can assure you, that if you schedule the switch out, we will have a technician here and ready to do the job.

I have been working with TFMComm for my interlok device also. I've always received the best customer service! From the first call to schedule my appointment and the day of my appointment. They have me in and out in 15 mins. It's hard to find good service like that!
