when i asked for money back, Kimber got back to me saying that they don't have record of me ever signed up for membership and questioned me if i got correct web site. and she provided me different web address http://www.theGrantAssistant.com. but it's same as http://www.tgagrants.com. below is what they wrote to me. "We have looked through our membership database and cannot locate yourrecords. Are you sure you signed up with the Grant Assistant at http://www.theGrantAssistant.com. Is the name or email address you usedto sign up different than the name / email address you are using to submitthis ticket? We look forward to hearing back from you. I have contacted customer service many times for refund and mentioned that no where in thier term & conditions states by ordering free CD i'll be automatically signed up for membeship. i also told them that i was never provided password & username where in their terms & conditions states i was suppose to be provided with it "As part of the registration process, you will be provided a username and password." and i asked them what happened and show me the proof if they ever done so. without any appology of wrongful business transation someone named "Jay" ([email protected])just simply emailed me the username & password after i found out what's going on on my own and after canceling the membership i never signed up for. i don't know how these people live with themselves & look at themself every morning. other customer service named Alyssa([email protected]) got back to me one of my other email requesting the refund, she says that she doesn't know exactly where but some where in their web site mentions "A free 15 day subscription in the Grant Assistant Resource Centeris included with each Grant Kit CD that is shipped. If you choose to cancel your subscription to the Grant Resource Center anytime within thefirst 15 days of sign-up you can do so without charge. If you decide tokeep your membership in the Grant Resource Center, a charge of $47.50 will be automatically billed to your credit card each month for continued subscription access.
