TGA ,The Grant Assistant Unauthorized charge to credit card for 49.95. Hidden agreement for "monthly mentoring fee" of 49.95, when you check the agree to terms box. Las Vegas Nevada
Ordered dvd for 1.97 online. Recieved dvd, then a month later had charge for 49.95 on credit card. Called # next to charge, and disputed charge, was told I would receive refund w/in 72 hours, never did.
Called again one week later, and was told by "manager" that credit was never sent to confirmation department and "this" time it would be processed. Was given confirmation # as well.
Called again, asked for manager, of course he's not in today...was told "Mike" the manager always gives refund when promised, some reps say they will, but do not. (Such professional way to run a company eh?) and may take up to 2 weeks to process. I will be calling back in one week after reading these reports, to follow up on the so called "processing" status!
Am in the process of reversing charges from my credit card company, in hopes that will alert them that I will not stop until I recieve a full refund of 49.95.

Still no refund, made 4th phone call exactly one month from date of original charge to credit card. Was charged again today, 49.95 after already receiving confirmation numbers for refund, and confirming that account was closed, and membership was stopped, yet they are still taking funds from my credit card UNAUTHORIZED!! I will be fighting this to the bitter end. **going to reverse the charges from my bank. Lets see how they like that! I am not done with these people yet! I work hard for my money, and how DARE they think they can just deduct paytments from my credit card for a service I have never used, have cancelled, and had no desire for in the first place!! Whoever runs this company/SCAM...I hope you get what you deserve!!
