You are 100% right about the 9 to 5er thing. The people do love to look down on people not involved in the business. I think it's terrible and to be honest gives the feel of sort of a childish environment. People do get sucked in pretty hard, and those are the people who crash and burn. Now the funny part is for those newer people is that they get sucked into the idea that they work for themselves. Sure you have coorperation papers that says you own a company, but you don't work for yourself. There is always somebody to answer to within Cydcor, and if you don't answer to them they will shut you down. Any sort of consultant is spoken of in a boss like manner therefore showing you do not work for yourself. Now I differ in your idea of the positive attitude being a Con. If people can't learn this quality then they more than likely will not be successful in life. If you were to read books by trump and carnegie they speak of this all the time. As well as other very successful leaders. People want to come back and complain to others so they have a shoulder to cry on. Yeah maybe part of it is to not bring the others down, but there is an important life lesson to be learned with keeping the attitude positive. Secondly, I would say just people who love to sell should do it. If a person with no experience can use some help with their people skills then this would be a good internship for them. If they get too tied up to think it's a long run then it could get dangerous. The problem is alot of people come in who look at the great opportunity that is presented instead of digging deeper and really finding out what they are learning there. Work hard, make money and it can be a positive aspect of your life with many lessons to be learned. However, my main point to get across is the ownership aspect. Yes, you can make alot of money, but you will never be your own boss, just like in regular 9 to 5 jobs, there will be people breathing down your neck. The bosses have already been chosen, now they are just looking for ranking seargants and generals. If you can handle that than go for it.
