The Barter Company of the Gulf Coast Ruined our vacation Gulf Breeze Florida
My Husband and I booked our family vacation through the Barter Compnay months in Advance. Upon arrival to our Horror we find the Condo whom is owned by Ben Boys has been Double Booked! Of course it is Sunday and The Barter Company is closed on Sunday, so we tried calling Ben Boys the Condo owner who would not even answer the phone...Forcing us to rent a room for the night since we had no where else to go.. We called The Barter Company the next Morning They offered a condo in Daytona Beack for an additional $500.00 cash and another 6. 1/2 hour drive further South. But considering we had three Grandchildren Daytona Beach was not an option with all the traffic and added expense. If I had wanted to go to Daytona! I would have Booked Daytona! Needless to say after ruining our Family Vacation we have not recieved a penny of our Money Back Nothing but Lip Service From Ben Bois and The Barter Company. We had just went shopping that day and purchased a weeks worth of groceries to stock the condo that we lost the bulk of considering we did not have coolers to store it in they ruined and they do not feel like they should reimburse us. Do not do business with the Barter Company they will Rip You Off!

The Barter Company straightened everything out and resolved the issue. They paid for everything! The issue was resolved and I am Satisfied! I worked with a great Team here in the Atlanta Area Barter Association and they Contacted The Gulf Coast Barter compnay and I was Promised it would be resolved by Friday and it was. Great work on behalf of all envolved they went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure it was handled...
