The Best Cleaning Calgary Best Cleaners They did not show up on the scheduled date but instead a day or two later. I bought a coupon for 3 hours of house cleaning services from them but they set two girls to do nothing but dust for an hour Calgary, Alberta
This company offers coupons for cleaning services on Groupon, WagJag and all the others. They offer a $49 coupon for 3 hrs of house cleaning which they claim is a $120 value.
I bought the coupon on WagJag and called the company to schedule a cleaning appointment, they did no arrive on the day they were supposed to but rather 2 days later and then when they did arrive they sent 2 very unqualified and untrained girls for 1.5 hours.
The girls did not have the slightest clue how to clean, they cleaned my kitchen with dry rags and when I looked at the work and complained that their was still grease and juice stains on the counter and over they said that they did all they could but their boss told them that they were not allowed to use cleaners that could harm their health and they were not allowed to move furniture to clean around or behind it.
I called their boss and he told me that the girls did all they could and that if I wanted them to do more it would be $40/hr for each girl for a total of $80/hr and another few hours. The girls told me that their boss paid them $11/hr, it made me sick that not only was he making som much on their services but he was hurrying them from one place to the next to scam his customers out of money.
Their boss Mani told me that I couldn't expect them to get tough stains and grease out and that I was being unrealistic and that that is not what cleaning companies do. I was appalled by that, am I missing something here? I didn't hire a dusting company I hired a cleaning company!!
I sent them on their way and got a refund from WagJag and later that evening I got some proper cleaners and cleaned the entire house myself, stains and all in uner 2 hours.
In short this company is a huge SCAM
