The Candle Vine ripoff, did not send products, never responded to repeated emails, calls, ripoff Aberdeen South Dakota
I joined The Candle Vine back in September. I ordered two kits and paid through PayPal. I received most of one kit. I never received the second kit. I even ordered a different kit since the company was having problems with the orginal vender. I never heard back from from anyone.
They have since suspened my account as I have not ordered anything else. The policy is that they will not refund money, only give merchandise. I am still waiting. I have called once, but never been called back. I have sent repeated e-mails, but never heard back from them.
I have been having a very hard time selling product that I myself cannot get and have explained that to them in the repeated e-mails. I would just be happy to receive the kit that I ordered and be finished with the company.
