The Cell Phone Dr The cell phone dr in Kennewick (BEWARE) the business is NEVER OPEN DURING HIS POSTED business hours,he takes your phone,iPad,iPod,money and you won't hear from him for months if ever, Kennewick, Washington
BEWARE of THE CELL PHONE DR IN KENNEWICK.... The business is NEVER open during business hours,he always takes your property ie.cell phones,iPods,iPads,I touches.or your money saying he has to order a part,then you never can get ahold him for weeks or months,then when you FINALLY get ahold of him he says he still needs to order the part( that never comes) and if you give him money to buy the part,you will never see the money again,and if you finally get your phone or whatever back it's worse than when you took it in..the company was even on the local news KNDU IN MAY 2012 RE: EXTENDED CLOSERS.NOW people are writing
On the windows with a black marker ( WE WANT ARE PHONES BACK) I took my iPad in there they said they would have the part in in a couple days 1 month later of them not being open, their FINALLY OPEN FOR JUST ONE DAY. I asked about my iPad and they hadn't even touched it.and then all the other upset customers there
Said that they actually lost their phones iPads,iPods etc.claiming they saw their stuff on Craig's list anyway I took my iPad back home with me broken glass and all. Took it to the new apple store in SPOKANE wa which is 2 hrs away,they fixed it on sight and I took my new iPad home.it defiantly was worth the trip..
WHAT EVER YOU DO BEWARE OF TAKING ANYTHING TO THIS BUSINESS,THAT IS IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR PROPERTY,OR MONEY AGAIN.
