They must have some under the table deals with your real estate broker and thus have those fake positive reviews. The majority of people that use these people often regret it and have to deal with high blood pressure throughout the project. The people they hire are sloppy and will do a bad job, they come to fix one thing and ruin something else. It's not worth the hassle and they will find ways to charge you more for repairs.
They are full of excuses and will extend a contract for several months. Very very annoying! They don't show up when they say they will, these people are crooks and highly deceptive, unreliable, evil and deceitful.
Look elsewhere for more credible people to do your repairs. The owner is also very defensive and unprofessional.
