Let me start by saying the digital pros are not as they seem. They have a ok website witch can throw you off but there running a huge scam. I searched and did my homework on a cannon g30 camera and the advertised price was lowest at the digital pros at 1244.00. so I ordered from them and also ordered accessories from amazon. I didn't order my g30 from amazon because it was 1499 on there. I thought no brainer I will save money by ordering from the cheaper guys.
A few days went by and I had emails from digital pros telling me I had to confirm so I called Jerry At ext 1. This guy tells me my security code was wrong on my card (when I knew it wasn't) and I gave it to them again. Then he asked what I was doing for battery's and I told him I had battery's and a charger. He got pissed started to yell saying I wouldn't have a warrantee if I didn't buy the charger and battery from them I told him the battery I had was for the g30 but he said that's fine you have no warrantee. So what did I do... I bought the charger for 100 and the battery's. He told me I was getting two cannon batteries and that cannon batteries wouldn't void the warrantee.
So I paid total 1589.00 when it was suppose to be 1244.00 I three day shipped it too.. and it took a week to get here.
Then I went back too amazon and looked there camera came with the charger and the battery for 1499.00 so I got screwed but better yet the battery they sent was not the five hour battery's it was one stock battery and a off brand bull crap battery that's 50 bucks on amazon not a genuine cannon like he said.
The digital pros are the worst retailers out there. I can't believe that cannon Nikon, and sony let them sell there products..
