Ditto on all the reports prior to this one. I have had the exact same experiance as everyone else and wish i would have checked on this company or person working from a P.O. Box pretending to be a large company. Seems like all the employee's names are Loyd.
I ordered on line and called after i reread the discription very carefully and found not a word about being new although they like the apperance and discription to seem new. Anyway i finally got through to there posted phone number and ask point blank if this was new. I was told it was a refurbished camera with no accessories. I said i did not want a refurb and was told they could sell me a new one with a free upgraded battery and start up kit for 199.00 no tax or shipping.
I told them that was fine if they could ship today and i was assured i would get a email and tracking # the same day. I called later that day after waiting on hold for ever to just check up to make sure it was shipped. Again Loyd which is the only one that seems to answer all department phones said he checked and it was shipped already.
Well like everyone else here i got no emails and found no tracking information anywhere. I called on the third day which is when the package should have arrived and after waiting till 10:30 est the call finally went through. I ask about my purchase and was told i would have to call back at 11:00 to talk to customer service.
After checking my PayPal account i found the charge to be for more than the purchase price by almost 20.00. I have no idea what the extra charge was for nor did i authorize any additonal charge. Also i noticed after looking on the account i created on there site it shows my 3 Digit CVC code with CC information. Wow i think this is illegal and someone should be notified.
My wife did a search of this company and found this site ( RipOff Report) and information. Wish i would have been that smart...... Anyway i was lucky i used PayPay and made a call and the money was trasferred back into my account within 30 minutes. I looked at the charge on PayPal and found it to be from More4lessdigit 00 of 00 with a phone number of 888-414-3775 NewYork.
Stay away form this company it is bad news! I am now going to check this site before any more purchases on the net.
Please if anyone wants to go after this guy let me know with a reply post and i am all in whatever we need to do. I am posting any personal or company information i can find. Feel free to help me investigate and post everything we can about this RipOff Scammer.
