The Doctor's Pharmacy ripoff cashed my check for $59 and didn't send me what I ordered! Miami Florida
I ordered one other prescription from them before this incident and all went well with my first order. So, I go to place my second and right in the middle of sending my check off for $59 and waiting to receive my meds via FedEx, I was told by them that they weren't processing anymore meds because they were behind on filling requests.
So, I explained to them that I already sent off my check for $59 and they said that they would send it back to me. Well, they didn't! They cashed it and sent me nothing! After many attempts to contact them, I was finally told that I would receive a refund. That never happened! I was told to fax them copies (8) of everything that transpired between us and I did that.
I also went as far as to order a personal copy (2) of the cashed check for $59 from my bank and sent them that too. They claim they have no record of that particular order, but I have it all down on paper. I copied everything that happened when I placed that order and I still have those copies to this day... I just want my money back! I have yet to hear from them after repeated calls and emails.
