The Dump Deceptive Black Friday Deal Atlanta, Georgia
On November 23, 2012, my family purchased 2 sofas for our grandmother as advertised in their Black Friday circular. We placed an order for pick up with Ki-Myung Kim on December 8, 2012.
We find out that the furniture is not in stock and won't be ready until the middle of January 2013 (keep in mind, that we find out this information in December AFTER we purchased the furniture). Now, we do not have any living room furniture for Christmas.
We were NOT told that the furniture was not available. I called customer service and spoke to Joseph & Brandy, but they were unwilling to provide something extra for the inconvenience.
