the hearted insurance company/Trumbull insurence company AARP I was charged with an accident. I went to court and I was a quitted of the moving violation. But Susan L. Castaneta, raised my insurence premium from 1700 for the year to 3,464.00. Hartford Connecticut
I was involved in a three car accident. I was knocked unconcious. It took me 70 yards before I was able to regain contience enough, to pull over. The EMS arrived and found me slightly in pain and dezzy. While at the emergency room, a state troupe arrived and questioned me. After she took my statement she left but returned and handed me a ticke. After asking her why she'd given me the ticket, I was told, based on my observation, you were speeding, which caused the accident. I went to court, and was acquitted of the charge. However one of the person sued me in civil court. The Heart for gave me an attorney. We stratigized for three months. The day before the hearing, the attorney, Debra L. Whyne, called me and said that they are afraid that I may not remember the important parts, so they settled with the person, for 11,500 dollars., next thing I knew, I got my new policy free Ms. Susan L Castaneta, where I was paying, 1,700, now my new policy had been bumped to 3, 464.00 dollars . But they claimed that it wasnt because of the accident.
