These are all the same people at the same location in Newport Beach doing the same RIPOOF with just the fifteenth name this year we know of,
We have also herd they now have branches in Lake Forest and Aliso Viejo, California.
They always break the federal law enacted in 2009 that states no ONE NOT EVEN LAWFIRMS may charge upfront fees or any fees for thet matter until the bank/investor has agreed to the loan modification.
THEY TAKE $3,500 TO $15,000 AND RARELY DO ANYTHING. IF THE CLIENT GETS A LOAN MODIFICATION IT IS A MISTAKE.
THEY CLAIM THE FIRST CHECK IS FOR PROCESSING BUT THIS IS ALSO THE OWNERS PROFIT TOO!!
