The Hub Companies Moto Part Hub This company has a no reply and no return policy. They have a live help window on their website which is never, never online. You file for a return via email on their website and they never reply and they never, never, ever answer the phone. Northbrook Illinois
Moto Part Hub is a distributer for V-Twin Mfg, among others. You place an order on their website and they have your part drop shipped from the mfg. They were great at that. I had no problem with them until I neede to exchange a brake master cylinder I ordered. That was when I found out they don't do that type of thing. I've called them hundreds of times. I filed three online return request and I have had no contact with them at all. I also ordered a brake caliper which had no pistons or seals in it. They also have a live help window plastered on their site and it is never live. Needless to say, I would never buy another thing from them.
