The Internet Yellow Pages Deceptive sales and billing Virginia Beach Vermont
The internet yellow pages called to verify address, phone, name, title with co. to verify our FREE listing with them. Then they asked if they could record our conversation I said no but they still recorded then 2 months later we received a bill. 60 days overdue already. I called left numerous voice mails with no return calls.
Finally I got pushy and refused to hang up until I spoke with some one. Then they told me since I hadn't called with in the 1st 30 days to cancel they would not cancel me. BUt they will offer me a settlement WOW how nice. for $150. So I started doing some research and found how much they were ripping people off. WHAT A SCAM!
