I am a disabled 78 year old woman who went to a seminar for jay kevin perry for kramer and kramer. i got extremely ill and was in the hospital for sometime. when i got out and my memory wasn't as it should be, he took complete advantage of me. i had 150,00 in midland and he went thru that ,then put a second morgage on my house and made me run up huge bills on credit cards.
I had very good credit, money in the bank, my home was almost paid off. now i have no credit, a second morgtage on my house, no reserve money, lost two condos at a 40,000 lost and a house he purchased for me thru them that they purchased the same day for 54.000 and sold to me two hours later for 69,000 and 20,000 to redo. they lied, tricked my into buying things because they did and it was a great deal. find out later they never purchased the condo's themselves as stated. the 20,000 redo in the home was faulty at best.
everything they said was knew in the house is falling apart. they refused to give me a key to my own home until the project was done, now i know why. the neighbors even told me that most of the work was done prior to the family that own the home prior to them moved ouing out.
I have turned them into the real estate board, the attorney generals off, securties dept, fbi fraud dept for maortage fraud. BE WARE OF THIS SCAM ARTISTS THEY ARE CATS IN WOLF CLOTHING. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

I'm so sorry that this is how this woman spent her last years. do not let your mother, father, sister, brother, cousin....even deal with the 2 men (jay k perry aka jk perry, jay perry, greg a moser aka gregory alan moser, greg moser)that did this to her. burn the images in your head and add 10-15 years to these old pics from their pages online. they can hide only so long...theifs/liars/cheaters/crooks like to repeat. watch out next time they are gonna be preaching bible verses to prove how good of people they are.

Doing more research and found that this poor lady passed away last year - such a shame the damage that Mr Perry caused!

Ms Parry - I hope this gets to you!!!
Not sure if you are aware, but Jay Perry was sentenced last week to 44mos in federal prison, he has to surrender 9.3.2013.
He is due back in court for a Restitution Hearing on 8.6.2013.
It makes me sick what he did to all of you - hoping you can re-coup some of your losses!
