I was ripped off by J. Peterman. I returned a shirt to them, but they say it was lost in transit. I called J. peterman and they said it was lost and I would get a refund. I never got the refund. I called them and was told them I never got the refund, and they said it wasn't their fault, and I'd have to call USPS.
I called USPS and they said the package was transfered to New Gistics. I went to the New Gistics website and put in the tracking number. It came back Current Status not received. I called them and, of course, got a recording.
It looks like I lost my money and have nothing to show for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
