The Jeff Adams Group  Lies, Unfulfilled Promises Since No Guarantee, F- Customer Service Upland, California

The Jeff Adams Group is all about profit-profit through volume.  In other words, Jeff Adams SELLS real estate education.  And his company makes money SELLING lots of it to perhaps a lot of people.  Many of whom probably feel neglected, lied to, and likely ripped off, for sure unsupported!  The sales people at this company are worse than car salesman!  Sorry for the clich-at least car sales are now regulated.  I think some regulation for the salespeople at this company are also in order. 

Here is the key:  This is one of a few, if not the only company that does not offer a guarantee, nor a trial period!  If you ask for one, they'll tell you, "How will they know that you did your part?"  If you ask them, "Well, what if you don't do yours,"  they will not have a good answer.  Even those companies that say they'll hold you accountable still offer a guarantee/trial period.  They just say that you will have to prove to them that you followed their instructions and guidance-which shouldn't be too hard to do if you really did.  But the Jeff Adams Group will not offer a guarantee!!  Well, of course!  Most likely because they know that their salespeople purport lies!  Bottom Line:  Stick with those companies that offer a guarantee or trial period!! 

This attests to the quality of the education provided by this company:  The purchase agreement on the Forms CD provided by the Jeff Adams Group, not only looks "cheap," but also has spelling and grammar errors.  Errors that jump out at you. 

Finally, if you're thinking about coaching, find some other company!!  Just to be fair, you may get a pretty good coach, but you will suffer when you try to get customer service.  They do not return phone calls, ignore emails, and after a few days will respond to an urgent support ticket. 

So, real estate education is great!  Coaching is super valuable.  But please do not go looking for either with the Jeff Adams Group!  Whichever company you are considering working with, ask them first if they have a guarantee or trial period.  This attests to sincerity and the confidence they have in their education and company!
