The Lakeside Collection Sent defective item back after Christmas and still no refund. Lincolnshire Illinois
Bought item in September 2007 for Christmas gift; it worked for one day and stopped. Returned item in January and have made several calls to the company with the same response 'It's being processed.' Now 7 months later still no refund and I had recommended the company to several friends prior.
