If this customer has proof such as a return receipt for the Survey Book, or if they can provide me with more information on when they returned the booklet. how they filled out the book what type of things were in the book and if they have received any letters approving or denying the Survey Book. This would help me to better serve them, and hopefully resolve this problem. The customer may call our office and ask to speak to me directly.
