The Low Vision Store RIPOFF WON'T SEND GOODS TO 84YO LADY Saint Paul Minnesota
My 84yo mother is going blind, and on the 14MAY2004, I purchased 3 sets of Low Vision Playing Cards (LVS 308605) for her, online, from The Low Vision Store in Saint Paul, USA. I paid the $18.30 (3 X 3.95 + 6.45 postage)by PayPal. The money was paid by PayPal to TERRY NELSON at the Low Vision Store (PayPal ID number 00867911HC873503Y), but nothing has arrived here in Townsville, Australia.
I have sent at least 8 emails to both TERY NELSON & ERIK NELSON at The Low Vision Store, asking where the cards are, but have never received a single reply. Just to top it off, at Christmas, The Low Vision Store sent me an email listing all their "Specials," so I know they have received my emails with my address.
It seems to be The Low Vision Store policy is, take their money, but don't send the goods, if they live in another country. They list the following 1800 phone number, 1800-871-8780. The pair strike me as bloody RIPOFF merchants, and maybe I should save the prawn, and throw them on the barbie. My mother is most unhappy.
