I contacted the company thru emails and phone several times, I got vague answers while they make sure the payment would be credited to their account. I tried to buy a set of DVDs. Order placed on Feb 2-11. Never delivered. I contacted the company thru emails and phone several times, I got vague answers while they make sure the payment would be credited to their account. The last email I received on 4/4/2011, after advising them I will publish their scam on the internet was this:

I am so glad I paid by credit. After 30 days of investigation, the credit card company reimbursed my money.
