I had to change phone companies because I couldn't get the internet through their line. I called them told them I had to change my service and why.On October 23, 2002 my phone service was changed. MCI left my old voice mail on ,even though I could't access the messages and still charging me for phone service. I tried to call the company to formally tell them to cut this service. I got a recording telling me that I couldn't access their number from my new phone number. The company is leaving on a voice mail that I can't access but yet they are still charging me for phone service that I'm can't use.

Many People Need to Realize Its an employees fault not the company

I work for The Neighborhood built by MCI. I was just wanting to say that i do understand you would be mad that you couldn't get internet service through the lines if that was the case. You can't have DSL. But as for the fact that you are blaming the whole company is wrong...I have worked with many phone companies including ones competing with MCI. Even though i didnt always like the people i talked to and i was misinformed at times i still don't hold the whole company responsible. One employees misdeeds should not be used against a whole company.
