The Notary Spot Michael ALERT, ALERT NOTARIES. THE NOTARY SPOT DOES NOT PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES. MICHAEL IS DISHONEST. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
The Notary Spot is a dishonest company. I provided mobile notary services for them on a Saturday afternoon in July 2016 in a very touristy area. I drove almost 80 miles in heavy traffic. Printed 300 pages.
The borrower, who was on vacation, did not agree with the amount due on the Closing disclosure. After one try to contact his loan officer he asked me to leave. I made seven attemps to contact after hours help.
When I did get Michael he told me I would only be paid half of my fee. That upset me but it would at least cover my gas and printing costs. I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email. They will not respond. I am going to contact the title company to get there take on the situation.
If anyone knows how we notaries can get our money please post suggestions here. And by all means try to keep others from falling victum to there DISHONEST, CHEATING, LYING, UNSCRUPLOUS, UNPROFESIONAL BEHAVIOR.
