Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Our government requires folks who drive commercial vehicles or railroads or pilot aircraft to submit to drug tesing. Good idea. Safety is paramount to the traveling public.

The government developed sophisticated, detailed regulations to be followed so that innocent people would not be falsely accused of failing a test. The American way.

The government established government bodies to monitor and enforce these regulations.

These developments opened up a huge market for anyone interested in conducting drug testing.

Almost overnight a multibillion dollar industry sprang up. Each year billions are spent on government mandated and privately conducted drug tests.

Guess what? If the people conducting these tests fail to follow the regulations and you are charged with failing a drug test, when you did not, no one is accountable, except you. You are fired and you, my fellow American, can complain, plead, write letters 'til next Thursday and it is just too bad.

A government entity exists in part to assist you and me in case this kind of thing happens. They travel around the U.S. and lecture the choir on how to perform testing, properly. They do this at tax payer expense. They stay at resorts and party and golf with the industry giants.

Ask them to enforce a regulation or three! Their arrogance and level of contempt for wee little nobodies will blow your socks off.

This program, meant to protect us, and it certainly helps, also takes our money and jabs us in the face with a fork!
