The phone spa They "fixed” my cracked screen and now my phone does not function Woodland Hills California
This company is a scam and a fraud, their products are cheap and they take parts out of your phone to put in the new glass that is poorly made. My phone will not let me type in my password because the top half of the new glass dows not respond to touch. I cannot unlock it with this new screen and have asked them to fix it… after two days of having it back. All of these things worked before with my severely cracked screen, my real Apple screen, i could use my phone just fine but just didnt like how it looked. I called the company and the owner was rude, started yelling at me and cursed at me because i told them they were using cheap glass. He swore it was glass from Apple, can you believe it? He wanted to charge me again to fix my "already fixed” screen. This should be illegal..who knows what they are doing with the real apple peices rhat they have stolen out of peoples devices. Look ar their yelp and see for yourself, im surprosed im the first to write a report here with all those negative reviews. Everyone is saying the exact same thing. Dont waste your money here.
