Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The Sumlin Broadcasting Network, LLC is owned by Jay Sumlin and his wife, Yolanda Sumlin, and they also own One Hundred Dollar Media, LLC. Jay and Yolanda Sumlin have committed fraudulent banking activities, misappropriation of customer and client funds, wire fraud, and tax evasion. When we first joined The Sumlin Broadcasting Company, LLC., we believed what Jay Sumlin and Yolanda Sumlin continuously told us that we would have cable television streaming into our homes for a fee of $20/month, or $60/every four months, or $100 paid in full until July 1, 2015.

Many Affiliates/Independent Sales Partners paid $100 for an annual VIP Cable TV subscription, and also paid $99.99 for a one year SB Shopping Club Membership. We were to be paid commissions on selling the cable tv subscriptions and the shopping club memberships. Hundreds of Affiliates/Independent Sales Partners still have not been paid, and this has been going on for months.

Affiliates/Independent Sales Partners and Customers that upgraded from $20/monthly subscriptions to $100 annual VIP subscriptions, are still having unauthorized transactions debited from their accounts, causing them insufficient funds, and returned checks.

Jay Sumlin repeatedly guaranteed people Apple Air iPads from Best Buy for a price of $150. Many, many, many, many people paid Jay Sumlin for Apple Air iPads, and paid for Merchandise from Macy's, that they still have not received, and people are still waiting and waiting and waiting.

Many people were guaranteed flat screen tvs from WalMart and Best Buy for $50, genuine designer handbags from Macy's for as little as $70, $80, $90. Bundles of Merchandise from Macy's and Best Buy priced at $250, $750, $1,050, were sold to innocent, believing, and unsuspecting Affiliates/Independent Sales Partners and Customers, that still have not received their merchandise for monies they paid Jay Sumlin.

This is a pattern of Jay Sumlin. He has been in trouble with the law before for his actions. No, he did not retire from Wells Fargo after 30 years, he was fired. Yes, he did get divorced from another wife in 2002, so if he has been married to Yolanda Sumlin for 25 years as he boasts, he is without a doubt a liar, and could be a bigamist as well. Yes, Jay and Yolanda Sumlin definitely live in a real shack, with half a roof in Oakdale, Louisiana, and there are photos just as recent as last month, May 2014 as proof. This will be online soon.

Many people are currently pursuing getting a refund from their credit card company, from the financial institution of their debit card, and their pre-paid debit card company. Now that the truth has surfaced, and for those that refuse to continue to turn a blind eye and deaf ear, they are contacting the Attorney Generals in Alabama and Louisiana, and reporting The Sumlin Broadcasting Network, Jay Sumlin, Yolanda Sumlin, and One Hundred Dollar Media.

Everybody including Pastors, Churches, Non-Profit organizations, should write their story on "ripoffreport", contact the Attorney Generals, Better Business Bureaus, 60 Minutes, 20/20, ABC, NBC, CBS, Best Buy, Macy's, WalMart, etc., that still have outstanding commissions owed, have no cable tv, poor quality internet cable tv, no merchandise they paid for, no shopping club merchandise with prices they were guaranteed, no shopping club to shop for the money they paid for a shopping club membership, no Apple Air iPads they ordered and paid for, no liquidation distributor bundles they paid for, unauthorized debits from their bank account, no tv channels or revenue share for pastors, churches, and non-profit entities.

The Entertainment industry and Entertainers must be warned about Jay Sumlin and Yolanda Sumlin streaming concerts with One Hundred Dollar Media. They are going to be caught up in the web of Jay Sumlin, with an unwanted and undeserved consequence.

Investors fronting large sums of money to Jay Sumlin will be devastated when this all unravels, and they find themselves also caught up in the web of Jay Sumlin, with consequences that could have been avoided.

More TRUTH and EXPOSE coming soon with photos and conversations to warn and protect others.
