I deployed to Iraq in September of 2003, and left my vehicle with The Top Shop.... I had about 3,570 dollars worth of custom work I wanted done to it, and it was agreed that it would be ready upon my return in one year...well plans changed and I came home early... my fiance warned him that I was coming home and he assured that the vehicle's paint, interior and body would get done... and he was PAID IN FULL because I personally sent the checks over to him from IRAQ, here we are now in April but now not only is my vehicle not done, but my sound system was robbed while "secured" in this shop.....
I pulled my vehicle from there and gathered evidence to support my civil claim because of the cost of damages, when I went to him and said legally he is responsible for these damages he LAUGHS at me, and says "You'll be lucky with whatever I give you" I have a lawsuit pending against him and I hope justice will be served...
